Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Zerone Japan, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in the original packaging.

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been opened or used.

Clearance or promotional items.

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Certain health and personal care products.

Any item damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Products with signs of use or incomplete packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take between 3–10 business days to appear.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equal to the value of your returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact our customer support first to obtain the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos for verification.
Upon approval, Zerone Japan will provide a replacement product or a full refund.
